• Spring Latch bolt retracted by both levers
• Outside lever locked by push button in inside lever
• Outside lever clutches when locked
• Rotating inside lever or closing door releases push button and unlocks outside lever
• Rotating emergency release turn button in outside by emergency key or flat blade tool releases push button and unlocks outside lever
• Inside lever always unlocked for immediate egress
